yeah we all get it... usually i am flowing with ideas that i dont even have time to write on paper but in the past week i seemd of have run dry! idk when i will record my next song because everything i write lately is crap. i may just record some old stuff idk.

this really sucks. i guess its because i have no insperation lately. nothing feels worse than a musican who cant write music!!!

Well every time i am almost finished with like 3 different projects my computer crashes... gets fried.... or just feels like deleting random files at its own will... whatever.

anyways i got my computer back for the 3rd time in 3 months, so hopfully this will be the last time.

new music is comin really soon i promise!!!!! im working on 5 seperate projects counting vilify and the solo collab im doing with sam, zack, and kor rune. wish me luck

As soon as i get my computer up and running again which should be like in 2, 3 weeks i am going to start recording a couple of things that i have been anxious to record.

first off i want to re-do "vilified". That song had a lot of good reviews and positive feedback... it even made it onto a rythem game. But guess what i can make the song alot better than it is.

Second i have been wanting to record a song i have been writing for a while now... It was going to be my first song with my new equipment but some how it got deleted in the %80 complete stage. i was enraged so i just didnt do it. I will have vocals on this one btw... it will be my first song with vocals.

3rd... I am working on a shredding insturmental... it should be awesome. So far its going to be me and my buddy Andre from vilify. I want one person from newgrounds to jump on it and get a chance to shred a mesure or 2... but im still deciding who.

4th... yeah sry my mind works on alot of music shit at one i know lol. im trying to work on some super brutal shit for vilify. I cant wait to show you all the new shit were going to come up with... i am as excited as you guys are.

It looks like vilify may be making a comeback soon. At the moment nothing is %100 about what members of the band will be returning and who will be playing what. Here are some certain details though. Andre "the original guitarist" will be hopping back on guitar, Tyler "the original drummer" will be hopping back on drums. Those are the only two original members. Also i know i will be fitting in there somewhere but idk for sure yet. everything else is not set yet.

The last thing i know for sure is the best news. You guys can expect some new vilify tracks in late january. The new stuff will be more brutal and... vilifyish... than ever before! thats a garentee.

also another bit of hearsay is that we will probely be going on tour for the summer. so ill be bothering everyone on ng that likes metal and lives where we are going.

Im working on a new insturmental called death by bear... im working on this one for a while so dont everyone hold there breath lol.

I finally finished my most prized song to date... "Vilified" an insturmental. The song was named after my friends band vilify. I really believe this is an awesome song. I put my heart and soul into this song so i hope everybody likes it.

and the answer is yes i spent alot of time figuring out all the guitar work lol. Im not good enough to think of that shit on the spot lol.

On a technical note if you were wondering i will try to explain the musical aspect of this song.

1. fist of all it is in 6/8 timing
2. For the solos and leads i switch from Diminished arpeggios to Melodic minor to get that dark sound out of it lol
3. The main riff i guess is just tapping that switches from major to minor so im sure you can figure it out
4. after the beginging the key does not switch to much. im in drop C tuning btw. so i stay in C and C# most the the song.

Whats up people!? I want everyone to know i am a broke ass musician. I can never contribute anything decent to newgrounds because i dont have anything decent to recored with. lol. So If you people are kind enough to help ol cowmeat out with some donations and shit i would like that lol.

Whats up everyone. I know alot of people liked Three man army's song just to see so i thank all the people who voted 4's and 5's on it. It is growing in popularity very quick since it's been hanging around in the top 10. listens went from 35 to 300 in like a week.

so all in all we are finishing up a new ep. It should be out of the eq and mastering stage in about a week or so. When its done i will post another song from three man army. Until then keep voting 5 on just to see in the general rock section. also i will be posting stuff from my solo project and other bands i am associated with.
